Yesterday, Sapphire Class produced a piece of extended writing based on an aspect of our current Science theme - Living Things Including Humans. We have been looking at The Life Cycle of a Flowering Plant and the children have written an explanation about this process. They have learned the meaning of words such as: germination, fertilisation and pollination.
I was proud of all of the children's writing yesterday but am particularly proud of Riley, Thomas and Joshua who went that 'extra mile' and produced excellent explanations demonstrating their understanding of the English skills and Science knowledge.
